1. Sand carbon filter use automatic control and semi-control .Pretreatment parts can adopt fiber glass or stainless steel material.
2.Sand and activated carbon filters has protected when no power, poor power, larger electrical current, leakage, short circuit.
3.Sand carbon filter is compact, easy installation.
4.Sand and activated carbon filters equipped with manual and auto control based on user needed.
5. Haiyuan quartz sand and activated carbon produce as per ISO and SGS standard and main parts accessories have obtained CE certification.
6. All the plants will be commissioning well. Make sure don't have any problem when arrived site.

A. Design basic:
Raw water is underground/Borehole water,river water or tap water. the basic requirements as follows:
a. Inflow Total dissolved solids content:≤1000PPM
c. water temperature: 5-45 degree.
d. PH range: 6.5 - 8.5
e. Hardness: 600mg / L (caco3)
f. Turbidity: ≤ 10NTU
g Pollution Index: SDI <5
h. Iron: <0.3mg / L( If iron >0.3 and manganese >0.1, Must be Aeration+ Iron remove filter)
j. Free chlorine: <1mg / L
B. Client should supply basic condition:
Plant size: Customized , required floor smooth, floor ground should have drain trench.

C.Control method:
Reverse osmosis water purified water system use full/semi automatically control model, both model can be exchanged accordingly. Sand Carbon filter & water softener with auto and manual back flush.The RO system automatic flushing at each startup and shutdown. High water level auto stop, low water level auto start.Pump protected without water.
