• Solid State Lighting (SSL): Lighting that uses semiconductors to convert electricity into light. Other lighting technologies use filaments, gas, or plasma.
Light-emitting diodes (LEDs) are an example of SSL technology.
• Lamp: Lighting industry term used to describe a device that transforms electricity into light, also known as a light bulb and/or light source.
• Lumen: Measurement of the amount of light, or luminous flux, produced by a light source.
• Watt: Measurement of power required to produce light from a source.
• Driver: A driver takes a power input and delivers a constant current to an LED light source to ensure a constant light output.
• Heat sink: A heat sink is a means of dissipating heat. Appropriate thermal
management is critical in LED systems to reach the expected product lifespan.
• Efficacy (lumens per watt): A measure of how effectively a desired result is achieved. For example, how effectively lamps transform 
electrical power (watts) into visible light (lumens). A lamp that consumes 100 watts of power and
produces 2000 lumens has an efficacy of 20 lumens per watt.
• Life (hours): For LED products, lamp life is considered to be the point at which the light output has depreciated to some percentage of the initial output.
Most manufacturers consider 70% lumen output to be the functional end of LED lamp life.

Installation procedure

Step 1) Before installation, please make sure the power switch is turnedoff. Hold the light bulb securely,
 insertlight bulb screw base into the lamp socket and tighten it in clockwise direction.
Step 2) Make sure the light bulb screw into the socket correctly. Turn the power switch on, and the light bulb should light up.
Important note:
1. Please make sure the working voltage is correct. Incorrect voltage may lead to damage of the light bulb.
2. Do not use this light bulb in the outdoor environment, emergency exit facilities, or emergency lighting facilities.
3. To avoid electric shock, after fitting the light bulb and switch on the power, please do not touch the metal area of the screw base.
4. Before open the package, please check for any damage on the package caused during transportation. Please inform the supplier for replacement if any damage on the package is found.
5. For product safety, please follow the instruction manual.
6. Before installation, please make sure the installation area can endure 10 times of the light bulb weight. Light bulb should be installed in the flatsurface, an environment without vibration, swing, and threat from fire.
7. During the light bulb operation, the case may reach 55°C. Light bulb should keep away from temperature sensitive equipment. After switch off the power, please wait for 30 minutes, before uninstall the light bulb.
8. This is a semi-conductor lighting fixture, and it is very sensitive to the ambient temperature. If the ambient temperature is above 55°C, the life span of the light bulb will be shortened. Hence please keep the light bulb away from the heat source. To maximize the life span of the light bulb, please maintain the working temperature at between -20°C to 25°C, and make sure the working environment has good ventilation.
9. Please do not switch the power on and off continuously within a short period. This will lead to the damage of the lamp.
10. Under emergency situation, please do the following:
(1) Please check the input voltage.
(2) Please check the switch is functioning normally
(3) If the lamp still cannot light up, please inform the professionals for further examination.
