Data Center Precision Air Conditioner Electrical Energy Saving Free Air To Air Cooling Unit System
Introduction: The main parts of the intelligent free cooling system is composed of main control box,fresh air system and network management center which includes air supply and air exhaust fans,indoor & outdoor temperature sensor,automatic valve, air filter,AC transformer,outdoor rain cover and intelligent controller.This system brings the outdoor fresh air to cool the communication base station and equipment room based on the temperature difference between indoor and outdoor temperature.It can also exhaust the hot air of the base station and the equipment room to replace the air cooling unit under most conditions in the entire year and avoid the electrical energy waste when the air conditioner is running for a long time which effiectively decreases the running time of the air conditioner in communication equipment room to reach the goal of electrical energy-saving.
Characteristics:
1. It adopts microprogramming controller wihich has Chinese character operation interface and the system is able to be chosen manually or automatic operational mode.
2. It constantly monitors the temperature and humidity of the indoor and outdoor environment.It can realize linkage with air conditioner of equipment room by intelligent controller.
3. The system supports late start-up function and LCD Chinese character display.The operation is simple and convenient.Parameter is able to be set up.
4. It adopts RS485 interface which supports telemetry,remote signaling and remote control.
5. Low noise,good dustproof and high energy saving effort.
6. There is air supply and air exhaust device which has functions of insect prevention,water prevention and burglary prevention,No reverse current.
7. It has the function of fault warning,low temperature and high temperature warning.
