Product Description
It is used to test the rapid measurement of the gas permeability of various sheet materials such as coated fabrics, filter papers, filter materials, and plastics. Full range automatic detection and conversion of various samples of air permeability and air permeability can be arbitrarily set different national standard parameters, units, Chinese and English liquid crystal display, test results without conversion direct print output.
Air Permeability Tester is suitable for measuring the air permeability of fabrics, which can be applicable to do air permeability test of most types of fabrics, including industrial fabrics for technical purposes, nonwovens and made-up textile articles that are permeable to air.

Features of Air Permeability Instrument:
1. Large measuring range (0.5~10,000mm/s), no need to change test area under normal
circumstances;
2. Use 32bit Industry-grade MCU (Mitsubishi, Japan), more excellent anti-jamming, more excellent
stability, more rapid data transference speed, and data storage up to 99groups;
3. All orifice plates have been calibrated point-by-point in full testing range;
4. Directly test on the sample, no need to cut samples;
5. Automatically remind when samples are not clamped well, delete the test result when pressing the
handle in the testing process;
6. Automatically identify the diameter of orifice plate;
7. Special designed sample holder accomplish test in box and ensure the yarn without slip;
8. With the function of saving data when power down;
9. Different sample effective test area is optional (5cm2, 20cm2, 25 cm2, 38cm2, 50 cm2, 100cm2);
