With the advantages of multi- UV laser beams concurrent work and small spot diameter, it can realize direct high-speed and high-precision screen making with low cost. Complimentary to other screen making products, it can meet special production demands of customers after heterization of high, medium and low quality required customers and bring them the highest screen making efficiency.

1. Good screen making effect for halftone and fine line with high resolution.
The maximum printing resolution can get 1080dpi, perfectly represents of high halftone and fine line, really realizes the break of products quality and can print 0.1mm negative line.
2. Stable mechanical system. Imported precision drive parts such as screw rod, raster and guide rail are used to ensure long term stability of screening making.
3. Low screen making cost without wax, ink or film.
4. Use a wide range, customized high-precision optical lens, perfect display of light source focusing accuracy, to achieve a perfect screen effect of 40-195 mesh.
5. Semiconductor refrigeration, By using semiconductor refrigeration to control the working temperature of the light source, the long life of the light source can be guaranteed.
