Water base Sheet to Roll Laminator Machine for cold lamination.

Features.

SDFM-1100 film laminator can work with water-based, solvent-based, pre-coated film and glueless flim. The film, which is coated by water-based glue, will be dried by heating roller, pre-heat roller and dryer system. The feeder sends the paper to laminating section, via heating and pressure by roller, the film is laminated with the paper. Induction heating system is adopted for the rollers, it has features of fast heating, stable temperature control. The finished products can be roll-type or sheet by sheet. Machine will come with auto stacker.

1. speed-adjustable feeder and vacuum pump are used for heavy or light paper, double sheets or non-sheet can be avoided.

2. servo motor and pull-register ensure paper overlapping precise and adjustable during running.

3. In dryer, induction heating system, energy recycle system and big-diameter roller are used, greatlly ensure the speed and quality of glue drying.

4. ceramic anilox roller, frequency-converting independent speed regualtion are adopted, gluing is more even and glue usage can be decreased.

5. Pneumatic lifting stand, adjustable pneumatic film holder, they are of simple operation and ensure gluing is smooth during being coated on film.
