Working Principle
Flat plate solar collector is a metal box with a glass cover (called glazing) on top and a colored absorber plate at the middle.
The sides and bottom of the collector are usually insulated to minimize heat loss.
Sunlight passes through the glazing and strikes the absorber plate, which heats up, changing solar energy into heat energy.
The heat is transferred to liquid passing through pipes attached to the absorber plate.
Water in the flat plate becomes hot and rise in the top of the water tank, and the cold water sink to bottom then heat by copper core.
So the whole system is always circulating continuously.

3. High quality toughened glass with high luminousness.
4. Patterned temper glass or low iron temper glass (4mm thickness)
5. The angle of the frame can be changed in the production as the virtual geographical condition of the customers. We can design the suitable angle for the customers.
6. We can offer the different material of water tank , frame , and tubes according to your request.
7. Black chrome or Magnetic blue sputtering coating has very higher absorption rate to ensure the high efficiency.
