TINSIN INDUSTRIAL CO.,LTD is one of the most professional manufacturers for paper cups in Middle China. Established in 2006, we had made various environmentally friendly paper cups for food and beverage. They include ice cream paper cups, paper coffee cups, cold paper cups, popcorn cups etc.
There are about 260 highly skilled employees, 5 specialized designers, and 15 QC inspectors in our factory. Our existing plant and storage areas are over 15,000 square meters .Every day we can offer more than 8 million paper cups, the producing capacity reaches about 120 containers each month. Our machine lists are 1 corrugated paper machine, 1 embossing machine, 2 lamination machines, 4 sets of flexo printing machines, 150 middle speed paper cup forming machines, 80 high speed paper cup forming machines, 15 sets of automatic die-cutting machines.
Having stable capacity of designing new styles and large quantity OEM service, we accept customers' s designs or samples. In order to meet different international demands, we have put considerable efforts on the continuous research and development of innovative products. They are very useful to save the customer's time and cost.
Very successfully we have exported to Germany, United Kingdom, Italy, USA, Canada, Japan, Australia etc. Now we have entered into some big chain supermarkets, restaurants and coffee shops in Europe and North America. We also supply paper cups to Wal-Mart, Carrefour in China. Annual sales value is more than 40 million dollars.

In the process of paper cup production, we start with preparing the raw paper. Then, various patterns and texts are printed on the paper cups through precision printing techniques to meet customers' personalized needs. Our printing process uses water-based ink that is environmentally friendly and pollution-free. Afterwards, the paper cups go through cutting and forming processes to finally become complete products. Our equipment utilizes a servo drive system to guarantee the accuracy of cup size and print quality while also having a quick mold change function to adapt to different specifications of paper cup production requirements. Additionally, in order to meet environmental requirements, we have equipped dedicated models for producing biodegradable paper cups as well as new devices like intelligent high-speed paper cup machines. | History: | At the beginning of the 20th century, Lawrence Luellen invented the first disposable paper cup in 1907 with the aim of improving public drinking water sanitation. TINSIN takes Lawrence Luellen as a role model and hopes to bring green and environmentally friendly paper cups to the world. In its early days, TINSIN was just a small workshop with about 12 employees. Over time, through continuous technological innovation and market expansion, the company has continuously expanded its scale and currently has about 260 highly skilled employees and over 90 sets of advanced production equipment. TINSIN started producing paper cups in 2001 and continuously expanded its production to include various paper products. In 2004, TINSIN relocated its manufacturing operations from Shenzhen, China to Wuhan in order to achieve faster order turnover. The company began expanding into foreign markets in 2006 and registered a company called TINSIN INDUSTRIAL CO., LIMITED in Hong Kong, China in 2010, further expanding its business scope and gradually becoming an international manufacturer of paper products. |
