1) Material : 230g~280g premium virgin wooden pulp paper with aqueous lining can be chosen.
                     All virgin wooden pulp paper is 100% food grade, pass FSC, DIN etc.
 
2) Sizes : 2.4 oz/3 oz/5 oz/6 oz/7 oz/8 oz (70 ml to 240 ml)
 
3) Usage : Ice cream/sundae/frozen yogurt/milkshake/salad/jelly/freezing cheese/slush type drinks etc.
 
4) Print : Flexo printing 1-7 colors are available for your brand with HD printing and paper cup bottom printing.
 
5) Packaging : Inner package is PP bag or PE bag with heat sealing per sleeve, Paper bag per sleeve, outer package is corrugated case with 3~5 layer.
 
6)Packing method : 50pcs/sleeve*20sleeves per case, 1,000pcs per case.

A: Aqueous lining is a type of coating that is water-based and it contains no plastic. And it can also bring the same waterproofing and oil-proofing effect as PE or PLA lining.

A: Aqueous lining is a water based lining,it can been used in the printing industry. As a food-safe version of lining, the food packaging industry has started to adapt it and it has been proved to be the best alternative to PE or PLA lining.
Paper products with aqueous lining can break down cleanly and don't need any special treatment in order to truly decompose (unlike PLA based bioplastic). They can also be thrown out into the recycling bin, and after recycling they are able to re-pulp without danger of contaminating.
The worst scenario, such as people becoming lazy and accidentally throwing paper products into the ocean, these aqueous coated products can still break down at the same rate.
