a) Raw material control
We will use best and international standard raw material to produce the goods for you . Each order have the raw material testing certificate. We arranged a person who only responsible for our material's production and delivery to make sure safe quality. b) Workshop
We now have quality controller in each workshop, each process we will sample inspection,ensure each process is qualified and perfect.
c) Quality Control
c1. QC in workshop
We have the QC group,Each process we have a person in charge the quality inspect,Evenly distributed in each workshop and process .
c2. QC in packaging
Workers check whether all the goods details is correct with the customer request,including production drawings, quantity, and packing style etc .before making packaging.
c3. QC report
Before the delivery, our QC will send a report list to our customers final confirmation.ensure all is correct and perfect then shipped.
d) Quality complains
If any customers make quality complains, we will forwarder it to our service team. They will report directly to our factory manager.Usually we will hold a meeting with production, purchasing and packaging departments in 24 hours, and will response in 48 hours with feedback and solution.
