Machine's Main picuture:
Detailed introduce:
1.Bucket conveyor bucket to bottle unscrambler, the justifications for the overall level of gap by side and adjust track width to achieve the bottle standing in the side street. Simple structure, high success rate, greatly increased the rate of the barrel.
2. The brush dial-out the standing bottles and inclined bottles, only allow the bottles in with crosswise, in case of bottle jam and block.
3. Bottle-in belt, crosswise bottle go into the standing organization through the belt, make the bottle separately. The belt adopts special materials which don’t hurt the bottles.
4.Pressure bottle roller , preventing lateral bottle tilt, to ensure its stable stand into the barrel body, with roller way to reduce friction.
5.The belt which make bottle standing is sloping belt , the bottle can stand when it go fast and does not require complicated procedures can be achieve a bottle standing, to ensure high-speed and stable yields.
Safety door:
All doors are equipped with photoelectric induction, emergency door opening, machine shutdown alarm to ensure personnel safety.
Electrical parts:
The electrical part are in top side of machine, can prevent water and material inside it, safety and environmental.
Packaging & shipping:
All the machines are wrapped with film, and then fixed with carbon steel , outside use plywood case packed which totally suitable long distance sea shipping.
