Product Usage:
The SCY grain pre cleaner is suitable for separating LARGE foreign objects from grain with high efficiency,such as straw,rope, paper, clods, corn leaves,etc.
It usually acts as pre-cleaner, the first stage in many grain processing factories such as paddy, corn, soybean, wheat, sorghum and other types of grains.
Product Features:
1.Large output (from 3~40 tons per hour), low power consumption and high efficiency (efficiency can reach 99%) based on extended sieves;
2.For different material,you can choose appropriate sieve of grain cleaning machine to achieve the required output and separation effect.
3.Simple and compact structure,supported on both ends,with stable and reliable operation,small occupying place,less maintenance,easy installation and convenient replace of the screen cylinder.
4.Inside sieving and outside cleaning structure.
5.With observing hole in the paddy pre cleaner to watch the material movement.
Main Technical Parameters
Working Principle
Raw material drops into the sieve cylinder of paddy pre cleaner from inlet through the feeding hopper.When the sieve cylinder rotates, material going through the sieve discharges from outlet.The big impurities are led out of the outlet under the inlet by means of the guide screw in the sieve cylinder.The guide screw not only helps discharge big impurities but also prevents the material to outflow with impurities.
The cleaning brush of SCY grain pre-cleaner is used to clean sieve cylinder in case the mesh gets blocked.
The wind gate is connected with the air suction system so as to prevent dust from flying out.
