The Vertical Kiln works
The material is added from the top of the kiln, falls layer by layer under the action of gravity, and is discharged from the bottom of the kiln after preheating, calcination, cooling and other stages. The fuel is burned in the combustion chamber to produce high temperature flue gas, which is preheated and calcined by multi-layer grate. The preheated material falls into the next grate for calcining, which is carried out layer by layer until the material is discharged from the bottom of the kiln.
