Product introduction:
TONTEN Tunnel kiln is a traditional kiln form, commonly used in the production of bricks and other materials. Its basic form is a tunnel-like structure built on the mountainside or at the foot of the mountain. The materials in the entire furnace enter from the kiln head and are discharged from the kiln tail, shaped like a tunnel. tunnel kilns can produce high-quality product due to their relatively high firing temperatures and long firing times.
Working principle:
The tunnel kiln uses kiln cars to load the blanks. Driven by the jacking machine, the kiln cars continuously enter the kiln from the kiln head. The kiln car runs slowly through the passage in the kiln to complete the entire firing process. After the kiln car leaves the kiln, the electric trailer transports the kiln car and the products to the automatic return line. The automatic return line then sends the kiln car from the end of the kiln to the direction of the kiln head, and then transfers it from the kiln head transfer trailer to the top car. machine to complete the entire cycle task. The operation of the kiln car in the kiln is mainly powered by the hydraulic jacking machine at the kiln head, which pushes the oil cylinder push rod to promote the movement of the kiln car. The entry and exit of kiln cars are carried by electric trucks at the kiln head and kiln end.
