Washing machine composition:
1: Mesh belt system, automatically conveying vegetables. The speed of the mesh belt can be adjusted by VFD inverter. If you need to wash quickly, adjust it faster; if you need to wash for a long time, adjust it slower.
2: Vortex blower, which generates bubbles from the bottom of the machine to make the vegetables tumble in the water. The vegetables just roll in the mixture of air and water, so they will not be damaged by collision or knocking during the washing process.
3: Water filtration and recycling system. The water in the water tank will be pumped to the spray pipe, which will generate high-pressure water spray.
Features:
1. The cleaning machine is equipped with an independent circulating water filtration system, which saves water and effectively filters floating impurities and debris.
2. With a circulating filtration system and an activated carbon filtration device, the water in the pool continuously passes through the water pump and is filtered through the activated carbon to achieve the purpose of purifying water. The floating objects are discharged from the overflow port, and the dirt sunk to the bottom of the pool is discharged from the bottom.
3. The suspended multi-row spray system effectively separates impurities and increases cleanliness.
4. The cleaning machine simulates the basic movements of manual cleaning and effectively avoids the collision, knocking, and scratching in manual cleaning. The bottom of the machine adopts a bubble agitation cleaning structure with high cleaning intensity and does not damage the material.
5. The cleaning machine uses bubble cleaning to effectively separate the attachments on the surface of the object being cleaned.
6. The machine adopts external circulation technology to easily clean the bottom of the machine without disassembling it. The filtered impurities can be directly processed outside the machine to effectively prevent blockage or contamination of food.
7. The cleaning machine is made of SUS304 stainless steel,meets food hygiene standards.
