Working Principle:
The charcoal making machine is filled with raw materials containing biomass fibers that can produce charcoal, such as branches, straw, rice straw, peanut shells, tree trunks, cotton straw, tea seed shells, fruit shells, weeds, leaves, etc., which are crushed into powder within 10mm by a crusher, dried by a dryer to make the moisture content within 12%, and put into a rod making machine for high temperature and high pressure molding (without any additives) and then put into a carbonization furnace for carbonization to form finished machine-made charcoal. The material powder can also be directly carbonized into charcoal powder at high temperature using a continuous carbonization furnace.
Processing procedures of charcoal machine:
The material is crushed by a crusher, and the material particle length and moisture content are within the specified range: the material is evenly sent to the upper material port of the molding machine by the feeder, and the finished product is pressed and molded
Material recovery → chopping → automatic metal removal of feeding → pressing → molding → output → cooling → transportation → civil, small boilers → biomass power plants
