Filter press machine introduce:
Plate Frame Filter Press Machine mud cake filtered by the filter press has a higher solid content and an excellent separation effect,is critical to optimal operation of the dewatering system.
The main components and uses of plate and frame filter press:
1. Filter plate: Made of metal or plastic, used to support filter media and filter cake.
2. Filter cloth: used as filter media for solid-liquid separation.
3. Feed port: Send liquid materials containing solid particles into the filter cavity.
4. Slag outlet: The filtered solid material is discharged from here.
5. Filtrate outlet: The filtered clear liquid is discharged from here.
6. Pressurizing device: Apply pressure to the material through air pressure, hydraulic pressure or mechanical pressure to promote solid-liquid separation.
7. Transmission mechanism: drives the filter plate to open and close to achieve automatic continuous filtration.
8. Cleaning system: Backwash the filter cloth regularly to keep the filter cloth smooth.
