Working principle:
1. Raw material preparation: The main raw materials of bricks include cement, sand, gravel and water. The ratio of raw materials will be different according to the requirements of different types of bricks. 2. Mixing and conveying: The mixed raw materials will be conveyed to the forming mold of the brick machine. In a fully automatic brick machine, this process is fully automated, which can reduce manual intervention and improve production efficiency.
3. Molding: Molding is the most critical link in the working process of the brick machine. The brick machine presses the mixture into shape through hydraulic or mechanical pressure. The hydraulic brick machine uses a high-pressure hydraulic system to generate strong pressure to evenly force the mixture in the mold to form bricks. During the molding process, the control system of the brick machine monitors the pressure and time to ensure that the density and strength of each brick meet the predetermined standards.
During the molding process, the shape and size of the bricks are determined by the mold. Brick machines are usually equipped with a variety of molds to produce bricks of different specifications and types, such as hollow bricks, solid bricks, blocks, etc., to meet the needs of different markets.
4. Demolding: After the molding is completed, the bricks need to go through a certain curing time to ensure their strength and stability. Usually, after the bricks are cured in the mold for a period of time, the brick machine will demold them through an automated device. This process requires careful handling to avoid damage or deformation of the bricks during demolding. The demolded bricks are usually automatically transported to the next link.
