Introduction:

The TONTEN team integrates washing line technology, which includes sorting, crushing, metal removal, hot and cold cleaning, high-efficiency friction cleaning and drying modules, which can effectively remove ferrous and non-ferrous metals, sand, oil, glue, paper scraps and other pollutants. Our goal is to achieve the best long-term production results with the lowest investment. The recycling machine can crush, clean and dry dirty hard plastics to form clean plastic flakes. The cleaned plastic flakes can be further processed into granules, which is completed by the plastic granulator. At the same time, these clean flakes can also be used directly. HDPE granules or flakes can be used to produce products such as plastic pipes, plastic sheets, plastic boards and plastic cans.
The waste plastic recycling production line has a high degree of automation, low energy consumption, can effectively save labor, electricity and water resources, and is easy to maintain.
