Manual Small Mobile Brick Making Machine
Concrete Molding Machine Working Principle
①Preparation of raw materials: Load the mixed raw materials (such as soil, sand, cement, concrete, etc.) into the mold.
②Compacting: Operate the press head by manual lever to compact the raw materials.
③Demolding: Open the mold, and the formed brick blanks are hit directly on the ground.
④Drying: Place the brick blanks in a ventilated place to dry and wait for them to harden.
Precautions
Safe operation: pay attention to safety during operation to avoid pinching.
Raw material proportioning: mix the raw materials strictly according to the proportion to ensure the quality of bricks.
Equipment maintenance: maintain the equipment regularly to prolong the service life.
Packaging
1. The whole brick machine production line equipment is mainly the full container sea shipping.
2. Before shipment, the top paint of the brick machine equipment will be tested and cleaned up, and then another paint protection will be done.
3. Before shipment, it can be wrapped with plastic film according to customer needs, and the whole brick machine is wrapped to prevent water or moisture.
4. The brick machine is then loaded into the container by a crane or forklift.
5. When loading, the reinforcing ring and special equipment in the container are used to tighten the machine to prevent damage to the brick machine caused by transportation bumps.
