Working principle:
The working principle of the box crusher is relatively simple and clear. Its core part is the rotor, which is equipped with multiple hammers. The motor drives the rotor to rotate at high speed through the belt. When the material enters the crushing chamber through the feed port, it is quickly crushed by the high-speed impact and shearing action of the rotor hammer. Main structure:
1. Feed port: reasonable design to ensure that the material enters the crushing chamber smoothly and reduce blockage.
The size of the feed port of the box hammer crusher can be customized according to customer needs to adapt to the characteristics of different materials.
2. Casing: welded with high-strength steel plates, it has good pressure resistance and impact resistance. A partition is provided in the casing to ensure the uniform distribution of materials in the crushing chamber.
3. Rotor: The rotor is the core of the box-type hammer crusher, usually composed of a rotating shaft and a hammer.
The number and shape of the hammer can be adjusted according to the material characteristics to achieve the best crushing effect.
4. Discharge port: The size of the discharge port is adjustable, and users can adjust the discharge particle size according to their needs.
The discharge port is usually equipped with a screen to ensure that the crushed material reaches the required particle size.
5. Motor: Usually a three-phase asynchronous motor is used, and the power depends on the equipment model and crushing requirements.
The motor drives the rotor to rotate through a belt drive.
6. Lubrication system: Use drip lubrication or grease lubrication to ensure the good operation of all components of the box-type hammer crusher. Check the status of the lubricating oil regularly and replace it in time to extend the service life of the equipment.
