The encapsulated fridge glass shelves are made of tempered glass and size also could be made as per your design. The custom cut to size fridge glass shelves could be compatible with mini refrigerator, side by side refrigerator, French door refrigerator, three door refrigerator, four door refrigerator, T door refrigerator.

Please Note :

The specification should be confirmed before put the sheet glass into the toughening furnace, the

tempered glass can't be cut anymore after out of the toughening furnace, otherwise fridge shelf will be broken.

Quality control of this fridge glass shelves.

1, Appearance, In the daytime (or in the case of similar brightness), observe the fridge glass shelves vertically for 5 seconds with naked eyes or with the aid of glasses from a distance of 50cm or a distance of one arm length. No dirt or scratch, edge and corner, printing effect.
2, Printing appearance: the printing area (ink covered area) of the fridge glass shelves is judged under the condition that the back has opaque cover (black background), and under the black background, it is acceptable that the front is invisible.
3, Evenness: bow shape ≤ 0.5%; there is one place (one peak and one trough) allowed for every 610mm of waveform;
4, Granularity test: two pieces of tempered glass are selected for each batch of glass to be tested, and the place where the center of the long side of the glass plate is 13mm higher than the bottom edge is taken as the breaking point (see figure). After the glass is broken, the two areas with the largest granularity are selected in a 50mm*50mm box for counting. The number of crack-free particles completely contained in the 50mm*50mm box must be ≥50, and the largest particle size must be ≤ 15 mm * 8 mm.
5, Thermal shock test: the tempered glass is heated to 287 5℃, and then immediately quenched with water (temperature 10 ~ 25℃) at the center of the glass plate, requiring the glass not to break.

Fridge glass shelves test

1, Cold-hot cycle test: first put the fridge glass shelves in a thermostat at 60-65℃ for 12 hours, then put it in a thermostat at-40-35℃ for 12 hours, with a cycle of 24 hours, so that at least 5-10 temperature cycles are performed, and the shelf and injection molding plastic shall not be cracked or broken.

2. Anti-ultraviolet (UV) test (only applicable to white peripheral plastic): Expose the peripheral plastic to high-intensity UV light (50 watts, 254nm, distance 250 mm), and require the color change to be less than E = 1.2 and b = 0.70.

3. Dirty resistance test: After tomato juice, mustard and milk are in direct contact with the fridge glass shelf plastic profile at 200C for 24 hours, remove the residual reagents on the surface of the tested plastic, rinse the tested plastic in clear water, dry the surface with a soft cloth, and then directly inspect fridge glass shelves with the naked eye. There should be no obvious stain.
