Initially operating as a distributor for LG SBS polymers in 1988, Sungallon transitioned into manufacturing compounds at its own production sites beginning in 2005. Sungallon production and administration location is in Guanlan a suburb of Shenzhen. With a turnover in 2014 of 19.8 million US$, Sungallon is one of the largest produce and distributors of Thermoplastic Elastomers in China. Using state of the art twin screw compounding equipment Sungallon is able to produce a wide range of materials with hardnessVarying from gels to that of Polypropylene. At present the production capacity is in excess of 40Kt/year. Supporting Sales and production is a dedicated team of 8 R&D engineers and a well equipped Lab. .Sungallon has set itself amission to partnering with customers in joint developing tailor made solutions to meet functional, cost and product safety requirements. Sungallon is certified under ISO9001,ISO14001 and several OEM's RSS. As an approved supplier to major toy producers we produce according to several Restricted Substance Standards. Our facilities are designed in such a way that it avoids cross-contamination of material. We employ accredited third-party testing agencies like SGS, UL-STR, or Intertek to confirm our adherence to standards such as EN71-ASTM F963 and our customers' specific RSS.
Despite being based in China, our outlook is international, and we cater to a global clientele by leveraging our export sales channels and a robust network of distributors worldwide.

2. About the sample 5KG provides free samples, freight collect.
3. About quality control our engineers will carry out laboratory tests during production, while our quality control team will carry out tests before delivery, and will store each batch of production samples for 3-5 years.
4. About color we can match the color according to the color card-Pantone or RAL.
5. About delivery time usually it takes 3 days for samples and 7 days for delivery. According to different purchase orders, there will be different delivery time. For specific delivery time, please contact our customer service.
