Sungallon production and administration location is in Guanlan a suburb of Shenzhen. Using state of the art twin screw compounding equipment Sungallon is able to produce a wide range of materials with hardnessVarying from gels to that of Polypropylene. Supporting Sales and production is a dedicated team of 8 R&D engineers and a well equipped Lab. .Sungallon has set itself amission to partnering with customers in joint developing tailor made solutions to meet functional, cost and product safety requirements. Sungallon is certified under ISO9001,ISO14001 and several OEM's RSS. As an approved supplier to major toy producers we produce according to several Restricted Substance Standards. Our facilities are designed in such a way that it avoids cross-contamination of material. We employ accredited third-party testing agencies like SGS, UL-STR, or Intertek to confirm our adherence to standards such as EN71-ASTM F963 and our customers' specific RSS.

2. About the sample 5KG provides free samples, freight collect.
3. About quality control our engineers will carry out laboratory tests during production, while our quality control team will carry out tests before delivery, and will store each batch of production samples for 3-5 years.
4. About color we can match the color according to the color card-Pantone or RAL.
