3 Point Wood Chipper With Any Colour You Want For 4 Inches Chipping Capacity

Due to its hydraulic feed, working with the BX42R is a real pleasure. Self feeding, 2 large feed rollers . The speed of the feed rollers is infinitely variable. This is important in order to align the feed rate to the diameter of blades. Smaller diameters may be withdrawn faster than larger diameter. If you have a blockage you change the feed in the reverse mode. Furthermore, the feeder can also be disabled on this mode. It is powered via the tractor hydraulics; requires a pressure flow and a separate return or double acting controller.

The model BX42R is the latest version of the BX shredder, which has a two-sided suspension of the feed rollers and a reinforced feed hopper.

The wood chipper comes complete with PTO shaft. The PTO shaft is on one side of a shear pin installed, which is used for security as a breaking point for blockages or overloads. So you can easily use even larger tractors over 50HP. You should have at least an engine power of 20HP. The PTO shaft speed must be 540 - 1000 rpm / min. respectively.

The hopper has a top opening of 51 x 51 cm; at the bottom of the hole has a dimension of 10.2 x 25.4 cm. , A maximum diameter of 10 cm(4 inches) are shredded. Softer woods can be shredded with a size of up to 25 cm(10 inches), if necessary; wherein such diameter are processed into firewood in the rule and not chopped.

The processing of the BX42R is very solid; the material thicknesses of the plates used in the amount supporting region 10 and 5 mm, in the hoppers and in non-structural parts of 2 mm.

To transport the hopper can be easily folded up and secured with a cotter pin.

The machine has a very easy to maintain; so you can open with the removal of just one bolt the complete flywheel cover and has access to the 4 cutting blades. This cutting knives have blades on both sides, so they can be easily rotated if necessary. The flywheel has a weight of 95 kgs and has put on wings that generate very strong train by which ultimately shredded blown out through the discharge hopper. By this very strong draft clogging of the shredder plant is almost impossible.

The discharge hopper has a height of 152 cm (excl. The increase of the lower arm) and can be rotated 360 degrees. Thus, the shredded can easily fill to higher trailer or directly in big bags. The ejection angle can also be changed. The BX42R flings the shredded up to 6 meters wide!

The shredder is designed for 3-point hitch and can be used from Cat. I.
