Ladle transfer cart is a kind of transporter used to transport special high temperature ladle. Due to the high temperature and high safety requirements, the requirements of the body material, transmission system and electrical control of the ladle car are higher than those of the ordinary transfer car. In order to prevent splashing of molten steel or steel slag, the traction motor on the transfer cart is designed to start and stop slowly to reduce inertia. In order to prevent the high temperature radiation of the cladding, the vehicle body is equipped with heat insulation materials. In order to ensure the transportation of molten steel, in general, double transmission system is adopted. Once one set of system fails, the other set can complete a process cycle.
