10 ton Heavy Duty Platform Carts Self powered Trolleys on cement floor
The Self propelled trolley have a large load capacity from 500kg to 100 Tons and a very low height (260 mm up to 450 mm), with the possibility of making complete turns of 360º designed to place them under any type of element and displacement, you can also use motor driven trolleys models with hydraulic lifting cylinder to load in cars or racks and has a speed of up to 5m / min max. depending on the model.

The Self powered Trolleys are lightweight equipment, easy to transport to the workplace, with great maneuverability in small spaces and large load capacity. In other words it´s unique for the transport of all types of loads.
This is the most complete model, because it can operate with three-phase mains (380 Vac) or with batteries, and you can choose the type of power supply.
Also comes with an hydraulic pump that creates the elevation of the cylinder and the rotation of the wheels by means of a geared motor.
10 ton Heavy Duty Platform Carts Self powered Trolleys on cement floor
The carts were Battery-Powered Heavy Duty Platform Carts, with electric motors ensuring pollution-free operations. Only certified ISO9001 protected electrical components were used, with stainless steel materials preferred and a certified C5-M marine paint finish applied. The carts were built to carry submarines and other equipment up to 20 tons in weight.
The multi-directional steering is able to drive with front and rear steering, at 90°, diagonally, rotate on its axis, etc
To manage the ground pressure effect and avoid overloading at any single point, dynamic acceleration calculations were made to ensure an even load bearing in all sea conditions on an ocean-going vessel. To ensure optimal grip and surface adherence all 12 wheels were individually motorised and the hydraulic suspension ensured that all 12 wheels were continuously grounded. Specific calculations were made to measure friction levels between the materials of the vessel floor and the cart’s wheels in wet and dry conditions.
