The rail transfer trolley is an electric-powered material handling equipment designed for workshop cargo transport. The rail transfer trolley is powered by the battery and cable reel and runs on the steel rail. This transfer trolley is used for building material and railway engineering material transportation.
The transfer trolley is composed of two trolleys: a top trolley and a bottom trolley, The bottom trolley runs on the track, and the top trolley and the bottom trolley form a vertical direction. When the trolley runs to the designated station of the production cave, the upper trolley will dock with the station track and move to the designated station for loading, unloading, and transportation of construction materials such as reinforced concrete prefabricated parts. The bottom rail transfer trolley is usually called the mother car, which is powered by the battery and low-voltage rail. The upper trolley is called the sub car, which is usually powered by cable.
