The machine has the advantages of advanced design technology, stable performance, simple structure, convenient maintenance, small occupation area, automatic continuous work, large processing capacity and high utilization rate of raw materials. It is suitable for chemical, medical, food, starch and other industries.
Description of disk centrifuge Centrifugal separation equipment separate:
It is a kind of vertical centrifuge that can separate liquid and solid rapidly and continuously. The drum is mounted at the end of the vertical shaft. The drum is driven by a motor through a transmission device. The drum has a set of dish shaped parts stacked together -- discs. There is a small gap between the disc and the disc. The suspension (or emulsion) is added to the drum by the feeding tube located in the center of the drum. When suspension (or emulsion) flows through the gap between discs, solid particles (or droplets) settle on the disc under the action of centrifuge to form sediment (or liquid layer). The sediment slides along the disc surface and separates from the disc and accumulates in the largest diameter part of the drum. The separated liquid discharges from the outlet of the drum. The function of the disc is to shorten the settling distance of solid particles (or droplets) and expand the settling area of the drum. The production capacity of the separator is greatly improved by installing the disc in the drum. Solids accumulated in the drum are removed manually after the separator shuts down, or discharged from the drum through the slag discharge mechanism without shutdown.
