Monoblock solutions avoid coordinating five work shops for job execution:
1. Windows/Doors
2. Carpenter (shutter box & box cover)
3. Shutters and their accessories
4. Concrete and cement plastering
5. Painter
The lack of good coordination between these various works shops result in air infiltration, dust build up and noise arising from shutter box because of the incoherence, difficult to use and clean (requires removing shutter box), requires multiple workshops for maintenance work.
Monoblock solution can be installed in openings that are already supplied with shutter boxes and external concrete covers by making only minor modifications to the opening:
The shutter box is equipped with EPDM seals for additional air tightness, therefore does not allow dust to enter the shutter box. Because of this, cleaning is easier and hinges and groves can be maintained without the need to remove the cover of the shutter box.
A window with the height of 200 cm has a shutter circle diameter of 17 cm, providing easy curtain installation and operation.
The shutter box has an elegant architectural design that does not protrude inside the room, therefore allowing easy curtain installation and operation.
The rolling shutter can be made from aluminium slats or PVC slats.
Shutter channel provided with weather seal pile on both sides.
Monoblock rolling shutters can be equipped with manual operators or an electrical motor for automatic operation.
Retractable mosquito screen is installed between the roller shutters and windows. It is more elegant and functional.
