Automatic Filling And Capping Machine​ Brief Introduction:

AJF60 is the automatic line solution for skincare cream, essence, ointment and similar products in cosmetic industry.

The machine includes the basic module and options. The basic module covers the loop conveyer and a set of pucks. Manually loading the empty jar/bottle into pucks.

Products enter to 16 workstation of rotatory table through conveyer in which the process are as following: automatic cleaning the jar/bottle, filling, loading wiper or lid,loading cap and pre-tightening, tightening cap, rejecting defective products and finished products are depucked and sent to the packing area through the conveyer.

Addition, the basic module also includes the inspection functions such as if there is empty bottle or not, bottle sitting right or not, wiper existing or not, cap existing or not and cap tightening right or not.

The options includes automatic loading jar/bottle, wiper, cap, pump/dropper and finished products uploading and etc. which are all the leading technology in cosmetic industry. However, customer also can select filling mode by mechanical cam or servo.

Manual loading jar/bottle (option: automatic)→Cleaning jar/bottle→ automatic filling (by mechanical cam, option by servo)→automatic loading wiper or lid →automatic loading cap or pump ( integrate pre-tightening)→tightening cap or pump → Reject detective product→ finished goods sent to packing area→ Inkjet coding and inspection→ packing (manual and option: automatic)
