Production and Specifications: The tungsten carbide insert needle has a diameter part of φ1.39 and a length of 89mm, meeting tolerance requirements of ±0.002. The working part of the insertion needle with a diameter of 1.600 needs to meet a tolerance range of -0.005 to -0.01.
The production process involves precision customization based on mold equipment drawings.
