APPLICATION
Speaker coil, such as microphone, earphone, speaker, hearing aid,Bluetooth audio, speakers, etc.;High-temperature voice coils, such as car audio, home theater, high-power speakers, etc. High-sensitivity voice coils, such as headphone speakers and high-temperature-resistant voice coils;micro vibration motor,such as focus-driving,(coin-type, coreless-type) and other electrical and electronics components, such as inductor, watch coil, coin machine coil, buzzer;magnetic head, IC card.
FEATURES
Temperature index: There are 130°C,155°C,180°C,22CTC wires, to satisfy with customers.
There are two types of self-bonding (thermal plastic & thermal setting)materials and can be processed with either solvent (alcohol)' heat orelectric methods, The wire has uniform lubrication and good winding property.
Per requirements of customers, we can offer solderable wires to save process time for customers.
When using solvent to active the bondcoat, the solvent must be removed from the coil to ensure
that long term insulation degradation does not occur.
