PZT piezoelectric ceramics are solid solutions of PbZrO3 and PbTiO3 with a perovskite structure. PbTiO3 and PbZrO3 are typical representatives of ferroelectrics and antiferroelectrics, because Zr and Ti belong to the same subgroup, PbTiO3 and PbZrO3 have similar spatial lattice forms, but the macroscopic properties of the two are quite different. Titanium Lead acid is a ferroelectric with a Curie temperature of 492°C, while lead zirconate is an antiferroelectric with a Curie temperature of 232°C. Such a large difference has attracted widespread attention.
