Description:
Ultrasonic energy is transmitted to the welding zone through the upper weldment, which generates high-speed friction heat at the interface of the two welds, resulting in a local temperature rise. Due to the poor thermal conductivity of plastics, they can not dissipate heat in time and gather in the welding area, resulting in the rapid melting of the contact surface of the two plastics. Under certain pressures, the two plastics are combined into one. When the plastic box welder's ultrasonic stops working, let the pressure continue for some allowable holding time, allowing it to solidify.
