【Usage】
Add the exclusive water-based yellow and orange mill base of our company directly to this water-based varnish to mix needed colors. At the same time, adjust the viscosity to about 16 S (TU-4 cup). Keep the viscosity unchanged when printing. Dilute by alcohol: water 1:1.To avoid bad condition happening, you should mix while adding.
You should consider synthetically the temperature of the oven and the length of the drying tunnel and the speed when printing. You are advised to set the temperature to 75℃,95℃,95℃ and 80℃. For the standard of complete curing, no transformation and excellent gloss, the drying tunnel should be more than 6M and the speed less than 90M/ Min.
