I. Application of VFD-R
Most power equipment is using transformer oil for its dielectric properties for cooling, insulating, and protecting the active parts. Transformer oils are highly refined oils that consist mainly of a mixture of hydrocarbons. Over time, oxidation by products start to form in the oil. Increases in oxidation by products result in the increase of acidity (neutralization number) and decrease the interfacial tension of the oil. 
NSH VFD-R series Transformer Oil Regeneration System has been especially designed for on site use to regenerate insulating oils in transformers. Besides regular functions such as oil dehydration, degassing and filtration, it can also remove acid, sludge and other soluble contaminates, as well as discoloration.

As an important and necessary on-site transformer oil cleaning and transformer maintenance system, this plant can inject oil into the transformers on-line too. And it can be used as an independent vacuum resource plant to vacuuming transformers very fast.
