1. The main parts of the machine are all made of stainless steel.
2. The frying basket adopts a round frying basket. When the oil is degreased, the products are evenly distributed. There is no accumulation, no dead angle and good de-oiling effect. The large space of the basket will not stick. The lock of the basket is fast and easy to operate.
3. The specially designed water-ring vacuum system ensures a vacuum of -0.098 MPa, which can shorten the processing time and low oil content. The vacuum of the ordinary water-ring pump only reaches -0.096 MPa.
4. The heater is made of the stainless steel tube structure, the temperature rises rapidly. The oil temperature is constant, which ensures the color, fragrance, taste and shape of the finished product.
5. Pneumatic valve, no need for manual switch to avoid manual burns.
6. Observation window and lighting can easy to observe the air bubbles on the product, accurately judge the end of frying, and produce high quality products.
1. Equipment installation and commissioning site
We will be responsible for the installation and commissioning of the equipment. After receiving the notification of your commission, we will immediately arrange the personnel to wire and debug the equipment.
2. Operator training
Since the equipment is self-wired and commissioned, you can learn the mechanical working principle of the equipment and the maintenance factors during the operation under the guidance of us. We will also teach you the the use of equipment theory and practical experience to produce qualified products.
3. Equipment warranty
The warranty of the equipment is one year. If the equipment is damaged due to non-human factors within 1 year, we will be responsible for maintenance.
4. Technical service
Any technical problems encountered during use, we will provide technical services free of charge.
