Product description
Feature
1. The machine include three tanks: emulsifying mixer tank, water tank, oil tank.
2. The contact material is SUS316L, SUS304 and others are SUS304 stainless steel.
3. The machine include: Homogenizer (high speed stirrer), sweep wall stirrer (slowly stirrer), vacuum pump, hydraulic system, heating and cooling.
4. It has convenient operation, measuring accurate, positioning precision
5. Fully in accordance with the cGMP standard production and passed CE certification.
High speed homogenizing mixing system
This kind of structure i.e. executing on the turbine not from the bottom can assure high cleanness of the process project. The reasons are as follows:
a. The material will not be polluted without the influence of motor flange connection.
b. Turbine is made easy for cleaning, maintenance, assembly and disassembly.
c. The bottom of tank is completely smooth without connection and is easy to clean.
d. Assemble a central valve for discharging.
e. The mixing and homogenizing motors are installed on the top of the tank, which is far from the processing area.
f. Strictly ensure the safety of the operators.

Vacuum Emulsifying Machine including:

Vacuum emulsifying main machine:
· Slow mixer 0-40rpm with PTFE scraper
· Homogenizer 0-3500rpm (rotor and stator can adjust space)
· Heating by steam or electricity
· Pressure: chamber-0.09Mpa to 0.1Mpa, jacket 0.3Mpa for steam (standard type)
· Upper cover lifting by hydraulic
· Safety limit switch for safety operation
· Upper cover connection: Liquid feed inlet with stainless steel pipe filter, solid material inlet, vacuum inlet, compressed air inlet, breaking vacuum inlet, sight glass, CIP cleaning head, discharging port, dustproof respirator.
Water and oil pre-mixing tank
· High shear mixer 960rpm or slow mixer 60rpm
· Heating by steam or electricity
· Pipeline for material transfer to main emulsifying machine
Vacuum system:
· Water ring type vacuum pump or oil type vacuum pump
· Safety valve for protecting the Water ring type vacuum pump
After finish one batch, customer can choose positive pressure or rotor pump for material out.
