Product description
CIP system functions on all product contact surfaces for automatic cleaning, cleaning objects, including the tank wall, pipe wall and other fluid channel wall.
A centrifugal pump is used in CIP to convey cleansing liquid into material pipe and equipment recipients to force the cleansing liquid to circulate to make cleaning without taking apart pipes or equipment. With the system the equipment availability can be improved and intensity of labor lessened.
Widely used in dairy, beverage, juice, wine industries for the cleaning of the tanks, piping, pumps, machines, equipment, complete production line where Cleaning-in-Place is required.
The CIP cleaning system can be used as a resolveless instruments, also it can be used as easily operating and safely automatic cleaning system, so it is almost recommended by the all of food ,drinks and medicine processing industry. The CIP system can not only clean the medicines, but also control the microorganism's cleaning.
