VCB(R)-12 hand-cart type indoor vacuum load switch (fuse combination electric appliance) is an indoor unit developed by our company with three-phase AC 50Hz and rated voltage of 12kV. This product is the main component of the ring network power supply unit, widely used in industrial and mining enterprises, residential communities, hospitals, schools, parks, secondary substations and other power distribution systems, is the best choice for the protection station. This product complies with the relevant provisions of the standard GB3804 "3.6KV ~ 40.5KV high voltage AC load switch", GB16926 "AC high voltage load switch fuse combination".
Performance characteristics:
1.VEF(R)-12 is small in size and compact in structure.
2.VEF(R)-12 has stable and reliable performance, long electrical life, strong closing and breaking ability, safe and convenient operation and maintenance.
3.VEF(R)-12 vacuum source chamber is assembled in the insulation tube with our unique process, which makes the switch have the advantages of less maintenance, no pollution, no explosion hazard, low noise and high insulation level. It is suitable for frequent operations and other harsh conditions. Working conditions.
4. The self-developed integral modular spring operating mechanism is equipped with a complete five-proof chain function.
5. The unique and novel design of the combined electric appliance makes the three-phase fuses flat on the upper side of the load switch, and the device is reasonably convenient for maintenance.
6. Load switch and its combination can be used with VS1, VD4, ZN63A and other products in KYN44, GZS1, KYN28 and other centrally-disconnected switchgear, providing designers with more optimized options and configurations.
7. The VEF (R)-12 handcart vacuum circuit breaker and its combination can be operated manually or electrically.
8. When the combination of electrical equipment breaks, there is a fuse hitting the operation machine. The shunt release operation is operated in two ways: 1- When the overload current is interrupted, the relay protection action command shunt release tripping vacuum load switch; 2- When the short circuit is blown, the fuse is blown off and then the mechanical trip system completes the opening. The fuse is only used as backup short circuit protection, which greatly reduces the running cost.
