Quick detail:
1. The whole cast iron adopts box type and overall type structure, which improves the stability of the machine center. Lightweight of moving parts reduces the inertia of the transmission system. The whole machine adopts oil water separator machine’s structure.
2. Imported oil coolant to cool the spindle, increase the bearing’s service life, lower the influence of spindle thermal deformation on processing.
3. Ball screw gone through pre-stretching process to improves the rigidity of the transmission parts and eliminates the elongation of the ball screw caused by thermal stress effect, improves the stability of machine’s precision.
4. Z axis without heavy load design, equipped with high power servo motor with brake, improves the driving ability of Z axis to meet with the best surface smoothness.
Product advantages:
1. Guide way, ball screw adopts center lubrication system which can add oil to lubrication parts to reduce the friction and ensure all moving side smooth, improves the moving precision, ensures the service life of guide way and ball screw.
2. The machine adopts fully enclosed cover, ensures the safety of the operator, the coolant oil and metal chip can be recycled fully and safely, keep the workshop clean.
3. H86A Vertical machine center adopts Japan’s controller system(Mitsubishi or Fanuc) and its supplementary servo driving and motor, which can realize 3 axis cnc controlled. Material removal rate is 1.5 times of regular cutting machining center, which shorten the parts processing time and period, improve the production efficiency greatly. This machine is widely applied in electronic, machinery, automobile, plane, Aerospace, ship, national defense industry etc.
