Product application:
1.Motor
Three axis servo motor, with smooth rotating characteristics, excellent speed and high reliability.
Collocation's built-in encoder can achieve high speed and high precision positioning control.
2.Tool Magazine(optional)
The umbrella type tool magazine mounted on the side of the column,using ATC to change tools. It can operate without noise, so that the process of the tool change is quick and accurate.
3.Spindle
The spindle of the Heavy duty large cnc vertical machining center is from Taiwan professional manufacturers, with high precision, high rigidity. The bearing adopts the special bearing of the P4 bearing, the whole set of the main shaft is assembled in the constant temperature condition, and the board is used to balance the correction and run the test. Improve the service life and reliability of the whole spindle. The spindle system adopts the way of synchronous belt drive.
4.Leadscrew
