Machine description

1. V85P high speed vertical machining center is equipped with Mitsubishi or Fanuc controller system and it supplied servo motor and drive( if it need equiped with motor spindle, the control system need to be Fanuc(3) system, which contains high precision AICCI  function), achiecing 3 axes high speed, high effiency operation.  

1. Vertical CNC milling machine V85P is mainly used if medium-sized parts and molds, the workpiece in a fixture can be for the completion of milling, drilling, boring etc machining.

2. This machine can be single used, and also can be used for multiple operations on parts in a production line.

3. Our machine has the features of powerful cutting, high speed positioning, mechanical and electrical integration, automatic chip control and security protection, etc.

Product Features

1. Taiwan brand spindle provides powerful torque during operation at low speed and guarantees stable rotation during operation at high speed, to ensure wider machining range.
2. By enlarging thickness and diameter of spindle ends and flanges, the spindle with roller bearing not only strengthens all factors related to spindle system, but also improves cutting performance via clamping force of powerful tools.

3. Automatic tool changer (ATC) is composed of tool magazine and tool changing arms. Automatic tool changer is installed separately from machine tool with the purpose of preventing adverse influences of vibration during running of automatic tool changer and other reasons on precision. Tool selection adopts the method of original position, therefore, the problem of collision between large size tools is only considered in initial installation. Two-way tool magazine adopts the shortest path.

V859--Configure updates,focus on medium and high presicion mould machine 

Now the middle and high-end mould markert demands more, for better development, our company decides to updates V85P again, and what is most important is the price didn't rise. The following are what has been improved:

1)X and Y axis roller linear guide ways are widened.

X /Y axis width become 45mm from 35mm(P level), which means 3 axes width of this model are all 45mm. This model is our boutique.

2)  X and Y axis motor power are increased. 

The previous X,Y axis motor is B12(1.8KW/11NM), updated one is B22(3KW/20NM), suitable for high precision processing.

3) System parameters are optimized

Our R&D department has developed 2 sets of parameters ( one for part, the other for mould), processing effiency increased by 30% compared with V85 or 850L, and accuracy increased over by 50%, achieving high speed and high precision truly.

4) The production process are ooptimized.

The standard of production are upgraded to high precision machining center model. Its assembly accuracy of linear guideway has been improved from 0.015mm of general model to 0.01mm. The accuracy of 3 axes motor are also upgraded from 0.035mm to 0.02mm. Its position accuracy 0.006mm, repeat positioning accuracy 0.004mm.
