The entire assembly and manufacturing process consists of two PCBA three-proof automatic spraying equipment, which performs three-proof treatment on all PCBA boards.
Then, 4 sets of PCBA automatic testing equipment will test 100% of all functional parameters of PCBA, and 6 assembly lines will assemble the machine. All assembled machines need to run at 60° for 24 hours, and then the automated machine test platform will be used. Each machine is factory-completed for testing. Each process has operational procedures and quality management to ensure that each machine is 100% qualified.
