1 . Descriptions:
After nearly a century of continuous development, vibratory bowl feeders are able to seamlessly integrate with other equipment to fully automate production. The most basic vibratory bowl feeder generally consists of the following two parts: a customized bowl design and a base that regulates the state of vibration. Other components are added depending on the parameters of the material and the needs of the customer.
The vibratory bowl feeder can deliver parts in sequence to a designated location on the production line. When the number of parts reaches a predetermined number, the vibratory bowl feeder will stop vibrating until the next round of conveying begins. This type of vibrating bowl feeder with a counting function is usually used in conjunction with a packaging machine to minimize the errors associated with manual counting.

3 . Conveying Candies with A Vibratory Bowl Feeder :
Vibratory bowl feeders are often used to convey candy and other snacks. Our company once developed a vibratory bowl feeder for conveying candies for an American customer and got good comments from the customer.
When using a vibratory bowl feeder, the parameters of the vibratory bowl feeder (amplitude, frequency, etc.) need to be adjusted to the appropriate level to avoid excessive vibration resulting in candy collision and wear. In choosing the coating on the surface of the vibratory bowl feeder, we will choose food grade material to avoid chemical contamination of the candy during transportation. Food transportation should be in a clean environment, we recommend adding dust covers to the vibratory bowl feeder.
In order to achieve the customer's demand of ten candies inside a box, the engineers add a counting function to the vibratory bowl feeder, after ten candies are transported, the vibrating bowl feeder will stop vibrating and start working again after a period of time.
