Introduction
This rotary vibration screen is made with the imported technology.
It adopts rubber shock absorb instead of domestic traditional metallic spring, both the external and internal contacting the raw material are made of stainless steel. It is the ideal equipment widely used for sieving and examining the materials of granule, flake and powder and so on.
It is applicable for pharmacy, food and chemical engineering, etc,. Especially, it conforms to G.M.P requirements, which assure the customers.
Working Principle
The vertical motor of rotary vibrating screen, which is installed eccentric hammers on the top and bottom, is regarded as a vibratory source.
The eccentric hammers change rotation into horizontal, vertical and inclined three dimensional movement, and then pass the movement to the sieving surface. Adjusting the phase angle on the top and bottom can change trajectories of the materials on the sieve.
Function
1. Sizing: segregate dry power or particles into various sizes.
2. Removing: get rid of a small quantity of impurity.
3. Filtering: solid-liquid separating.
