JBJ Horizontal Type Ribbon Mixer Blender For Detergent Powder/Animal Feed
Ribbon mixer blender is generally used for mixing of viscous or cohesive powder granules and mixing of liquid and paste materials added to the powder granules. At the same time, due to the characteristics of difficult cleaning of viscous materials, it is suitable for mixing occasions with large yield and frequent replacement of varieties. Discharging mode at the bottom of the mixer: the powder material adopts the pneumatic big door structure, which has the advantages of fast discharging and no residual. High fineness materials or semi-fluid materials using manual butterfly valve or pneumatic butterfly valve, manual butterfly valve is economical, pneumatic butterfly valve on semi-fluid sealing good, but the cost is higher than manual butterfly valve. In the need for heating or cooling, the jacket can be configured.
There are electric heating and heat conduction oil heating two ways to choose: electric heating is convenient, but the heating speed is slow, high energy consumption; Heat conduction oil heating needs to be equipped with oil pan, oil guide power, pipeline, large investment, but the heating speed is fast, low energy consumption. Cooling process can directly inject cooling water into the jacket, the jacket heat exchange area is large, the cooling speed is fast. The motor is directly connected with the stirring spindle by cycloidal pin-wheel reducer, which has the advantages of simple structure, high reliability and easy maintenance.
