OEM Customizable Automatic Transfer Conveyor Vacuum Conveyor System For Powder
The vacuum conveyor is the vacuum conveying equipment of powder, granule, powder and mixture, using vacuum pump as a vacuum source.This machine reduces the labor intensity of the workers, eliminates the dust pollution of the use site, and ensures that the production process meets the requirements of "GMP".
The vacuum conveyor is composed of high pressure air pump, stainless steel suction nozzle, conveying hose, PE filter (or 316 stainless steel filter), compressed air blowback device, pneumatic discharge door device, vacuum hopper and automatic control device of material level, etc. The whole series is reasonable in design and exquisite in manufacture. Vacuum conveyor divided gap discharge and continuous discharge two. Gap discharge is beneficial to reduce the cost of equipment investment, convenient material level control; Continuous discharge is generally used for long distance and large yield vacuum conveying of materials.
