The Z-type elevator, also known as the Z-type bucket elevator, features a large conveying
capacity, high lifting height, stable and reliable operation and long service life. This elevator
can achieve multi-point unloading, ensuring that the material is undamaged. It is suitable
for conveying powdery, gran, and small-sized materials with little or no abrasiveness. It is
currently widely used in material supply for weighing and packaging machines, color sorting
machines, and re material supply, as well as vertical circulation material supply in
automated production lines.
The Z-type bucket elevator is a commonly used material conveying equipment, named for
its shape resembling the letter "Z" formed by the positions of its and outlet.
1.Material lifting: The Z-type bucket elevator conveys materials through buckets attached to
the chain. These buckets are evenly secured on the endless traction members, as the chain
lifts, the materials in the buckets are also carried to the top of the elevator.
2. Unloading of materials: After the bucket is lifted to the top with the chain, it will go around
the top wheel and then flip. During this process, the materials in the bucket will be tipped into
the receiving trough, thus completing the unloading of the materials.
3. Multiple discharge points: One of the important features of the Z-type bucket elevator is
that it can meet the requirements of multiple discharge points at position. This is thanks to its
special structural design, which allows for single or multiple discharge points through specially
designed discharge devices, and these discharge points do not discharge.
4. Prevent dust from flying: In order to prevent dust from flying during the lifting process, the
Z-type bucket elevator is usually equipped with an casing. In addition, it has the characteristics
of stable and noiseless operation, no material spillage, no material leakage, and no flying dust
during operation.
